Responsibilities

• Earn $45,000–$52,000 per year – Paid weekly!
• Weekends Off! Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule with a 7:00 AM start
• Final Mile Dispatcher role in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Coordinate routes, resources, and delivery operations using dispatch software and communication tools
• Utilize radio, phone, and digital systems to relay updates to drivers and warehouse teams
• Ensure on-time, efficient last-mile delivery service for general freight
• Work on-site at the Tampa terminal – office/dispatch-based position
• Support operational needs and solve routing or service issues as they arise

Requirements

• Final Mile Dispatch experience is required
• 24 months of verifiable work experience in logistics, dispatch, or routing
• Must be 21 years or older
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with dispatch software and basic logistics systems
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and Background Check
