Dispatcher/CSR Position in a Non-DOT, Office-Based Setting
Final Mile Dispatching and Customer Support responsibilities
TMS Experience is REQUIRED – manage orders, track freight, update systems
Handle general freight coordination and issue resolution
Communicate with customers and drivers daily via phone, email, and system tools
Support accurate and efficient last mile delivery operations
Requirements
Must have 24 months of Dispatcher, CSR, or Logistics experience
Final Mile and TMS experience is REQUIRED
Must be 21 years of age or older
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check
