Full-time Dispatcher role in a final mile logistics operation
Coordinate delivery resources and fleet routing for general freight operations
Use phone, email, and software to manage communication and schedules
Work directly with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient deliveries
Final Mile experience is REQUIRED – critical for this position
Must be comfortable with multitasking and problem-solving under pressure
Requirements
24 months of relevant logistics, dispatch, or warehouse experience
Final Mile experience is REQUIRED
Must be 21 years of age or older
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and Background Check
