Responsibilities

• Earn $22–$37/HR based on experience – Paid Weekly + Full Benefits!
• Weekends Off! Schedule is Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Work on waste pick-up trucks and support equipment in a shop environment
• Light Touch Duties – occasional lifting, diagnostics, and light repair handling
• Requires Diesel mechanic skillset and ability to follow factory/industry standards
• Conduct inspections, diagnostic tests, and preventive maintenance
• Perform minor and major repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, brake, electrical systems
• Collaborate with team and follow company/federal safety standards
• Maintain accurate vehicle and service records
• Operate within a clean, safe work environment – comply with OSHA requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 24 months of verifiable relevant experience
• This position is located in Troy, AL.
• Valid certifications and Diesel Mechanic knowledge required
• ASE Certification preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical maintenance duties
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and Background Check
