Responsibilities

• Earn $28–$34/HR based on experience with steady daylight shifts




• Paid Weekly with great benefits and full-time stability




• Weekends Off! Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (or 7:30–4:00 PM)




• Work in a state-of-the-art maintenance shop with clean, well-equipped facilities




• Routine and preventative maintenance on machinery such as pumps, motors, and conveyors




• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using observation and diagnostic tools




• Repair or replace defective or broken parts to ensure smooth equipment operation




• Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems as needed




• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics




• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities




• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations

Requirements

• Mechanical maintenance experience required




• Experience in industrial or manufacturing preferred




• Must be 21 years old or older




• Ability to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance




• Proficiency with tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment




• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills




• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals




• Must have strong communication skills and teamwork mindset




• Capable of performing manual labor in a safe and efficient manner




• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) a plus




• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
