Responsibilities

• Earn $25/HR – average 30 hours per week with part-time flexibility




• On-Call Position – be ready for dispatch day or night, based on freight needs




• Operate a Day Cab hauling a Dry Van




• Deliver groceries, bread, and buns locally within the Lakeland area




• Loads can be Touch or No Touch – driver must be willing to perform both




• Mainly Drop & Hook with 1–4 deliveries per shift




• Shift lengths vary between 8–14 hours depending on the route




• Must be available for full 14-hour shift window when on call




• Safety, accountability, and professionalism are critical – zero-tolerance for violations




• Excellent for a reliable, detail-oriented driver seeking part-time, flexible work

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL




• 24 months of verifiable commercial driving experience required




• Must be 23 years old or older




• Must be able to handle both Touch Freight and No Touch Freight loads




• Available for on-call work including nights and weekends




• Excellent record with no DUIs/DWIs in the past 5 years




• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 48 months




• Must pass a DOT drug screen, physical, and background check




• Strong attention to safety, pre-trips, and professionalism required at all times
