Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Earn $20-$22/HR, Weekly Pay, Comprehensive Benefits
  • Weekends Off! Monday–Friday, standard business hours
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent
  • Proof job advertisements for accuracy and high applicant engagement
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and manage the full application workflow
  • Verify employment details and ensure 100 % compliance with documentation rules
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets for ads, candidate data, and application status
  • Leverage the candidate database with regular follow-ups to maximize hiring success
  • Innovate advertising methods to fill openings quickly
  • Communicate recruitment updates to internal teams and management
  • Provide payroll-dispatch support and assist Recruitment Coordinators & Compliance teams

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • 2+ years of recruitment or HR experience
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication and keen attention to detail
  • Strong computer proficiency; able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Independent work style plus team spirit with creative problem-solving skills
  • Effective personal time-management
  • Able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
  • Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
