Proof advertisements for accuracy and ensure positive engagement with applicants and clients.
Conduct initial screening interviews and oversee the application process.
Verify employment details and ensure compliance with recruitment documentation requirements.
Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets tracking advertisements, candidate qualifications, and application statuses.
Regularly utilize the candidate database and maintain consistent communication to optimize recruitment opportunities.
Innovate advertising methods to increase recruitment effectiveness and fill open positions.
Communicate with internal teams and management regarding recruitment process updates.
Assist internal teams with payroll dispatch and provide support to Recruitment Coordinators and Corporate Compliance as needed.
Requirements
High School diploma required.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources roles.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
Highly proficient in computer use, capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining organizational standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a creative approach to problem-solving
Personal time management skills.
Comfortable sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check
