We are hiring a payroll associate to our team

Optimum Logistic Solutions, a national leader in driver staffing and logistic solutions, is searching for a payroll associate to join our corporate team. The right candidate will be a very detailed oriented individual with strong organizational skills who takes pride in their work! We are looking for a dependable team member with full time availability.

What you’ll do:

  • Create, prepare, review and transmit payroll files
  • Receive, input and audit payroll records and deductions
  • Generate and audit payroll invoices and reports
  • Resolve payroll related questions and concerns/issues
  • Deliver quality customer service to employees and customers

What you’ll need:

  • Two years of recent verifiable complete payroll administration experience or excellent computer skills and desire to learn
  • Superior organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think creatively, take initiative and resolve problems timely
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
