Responsibilities

• Earn $0.49 CPM solo / $0.38 CPM team, $1,500–$1,900 weekly! Paid weekly!
• Weekends Off! Monday evening (9 PM) to early Saturday; home each morning
• Drive a sleeper tractor with 53′ dry van – automatic, late-model equipment
• Touch freight: unload car parts by hand or pallet jack ($7.50–$13 per stop)
• Local/Regional lanes within 400 mi of Charlotte – Consistent customers & schedule
• Pick solo or team; team drivers get a $1,550 weekly guarantee
• Full benefits day-one, safety bonus, paid vacation, 401(k) match

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 24 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Endorsements helpful but not required
• 23 years or older
• No DUIs / DWIs in the past 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 48 months
• Pass a DOT drug screen, physical, and background check
